Also, what do you think is the best blender to make bread, every day ... up to 12 loaves per day? Hobart I know is good, but not that you have a not very expensive, but also works? I like to sell it a baker, and my some of my bread and pastries, but they have a commercial kitchen. Is there anything at all? And I mean, I want people to sell strictly by word of mouth, special orders ... not in stores.
